Does AERIOR have a rate sheet for specific services?
Because each client and or project is unique, we do not maintain a standard rate sheet. Instead we evaluate our client's needs and provide quotes for service based on quantity, location, and duration of the job or project. Does AERIOR work outside of Houston?
We currently provide services to existing clients with local full-time resources in Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, South Texas, in addition to the Greater Houston Area. Our management team and crews have experience both managing projects and performing work across the South Eastern portion of The United States.
Does AERIOR carry general liability & workers compensation insurance?
Yes. In addition to carrying general liability and workers compensation insurance we also have automobile, builder's risk, and inland marine policies. What is AERIOR's safety record?
Work site and office safety is of the utmost importance at AERIOR. We are members of the National Association of Tower Erectors and maintain in compliance with all OSHA regulations. All of our employees are first aid, CPR, and competent climber certified. In addition to formal training, we use our company safety manual and OJT to raise the safety awareness of each employee. We are very proud that we have had zero recordable or loss time accidents.
Does AERIOR use subcontractors?
While the majority of the work we perform is in-house, we do have agreements with select vendor-partners. These relationships allow us to ramp up our resources to more effectively satisfy our client's varying needs. Each vendor-partner is actively supervised and managed by AERIOR, to ensure that each job is completed to our high standard.
